Ham antenna repairs after a lightening strike

художници на икониI guess it was a matter of time before I would receive some sort of damage from lightening, but didn’t think it would be so soon. This summer (2011) I had a direct hit which made contact with my HF Hexbeam antenna as well as the house. Repairs were extensive and required the large Hexbeam to be removed and serviced on the ground and then remounted.
